Another Ulduar update for the loyal fans…. We managed to get Mimiron down last week and made some good progress on Vezax. Probably will have him down soonish. We missed out on a raiding night this week so we will be working with only 2 nights. I guess the good news is that we are pretty much one-shotting all the bosses besides Mimiron. I think we only wiped on the Assembly of Iron when our OT disconnected mid fight. Its good to know that we can probably get a full clear done in one night.
This video is of one of our better Hodir kills. The only part of the encounter that really bothered me is when I couldn’t tab target Hodir and had to click on him, such a pain in the ass. I definitely wasted time freeing up one of the dudes right before a flash freeze at one point as well. I need to check out my timers more often. I have a few more encounters fraps’d from this run so they should be coming up soon!

Its been a long time since there has been an update, but I guess its because we had nothing to do but gear up our alts in Naxx. Ulduar is going fine so far. We aren’t getting as many quality nights of raiding as I would like but we are doing well with the time we have to work with. We have 3 bosses to go (not including Algalon) and should have Mimiron and General down really soon. This specific video is the only one I ended up keeping footage of from all of our first kills. Well I may end up using Auriaya, I haven’t made my mind up yet. Next video should be of Mimiron, stay tuned.
Another week, another video ::download here::. I didnt have it in me to be too creative with the opening, especially for such an easy-mode portion of Naxx. It did allow me to revisit one of the more classic moments in television history, however.
Overall we did fine in this wing of Naxx. Although some of our rust showed as we let our MT die on one of the Anub transitions, we showed great recovery and that said a lot about our raiding group. I hope y’all enjoy the video. I only have 1-2 more in me before the next 10man!

-Kumaga died, but we picked it up and kept going. If you watch the video you will see me getting ready to suicide and save a repair bill, lol. Excellent work by Grishkital on that pickup btw!

-This one went just as planned. The best part was our OT Grishkital going offline as he tanked all the other mobs. Pretty funny.

-Went how it needed to. I started the fraps a bit late, but whatever. Its a boring fight.

Plague wing video is done! ::download here:: We did a much better job in this wing than in the Abom wing. Naxx is super easy this time around. I think there are some achievements to be had so we should aim to get that. I know we got ther one for Heigan this past week which is cool. I hope yall enjoy the video especially the intro. I took a little extra time to make it special.

-DPS is all. Id like to see us burn him down before he even teleports once this next week. We weren’t too far off this past week. But in this video we could have done better.

-Tajia died. lol. I actually felt a little bad when we all were runing back and forth on her dead body.
Loatheb B+
-Most of it was because we didn’t do our positional strat change and we pulled aggro. Otherwise went well!
I should have our next video up after this next weekend. Otherwise keep up the good work and lets try to actually get some Malygos attempts in!!!
One of my favorite parts of raiding is making the videos of it. Nothing special, nothing flashy… just fun. It also gives me a chance to see how much I’m screwing up. The affliction “rotation” is a pain in the ass and I noticed I missed putting up Curse of Agony more times than I would care to admit. I sped most fights up in the video to time it with music and to not make the video last a half hour, incase you were wondering.

-Learn2Thaddius. Even I almost screwed it up on a rotation. I totally forgot what my charge was >.< Hopefully the video will help visualize how those rotations look.
